Council Endorses Plan For New Apartments

HARRISONBURG - City Council on Tuesday activated a special committee that will recommend whether Valley Cab LLC, which runs ABC Cab, can continue to operate in the city. ABC Cab's application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to operate in the city has been held up for review since December.
