HARRISONBURG - More than two months after a bicyclist was killed on Port Republic Road east of Harrisonburg, police charged the driver of the vehicle involved in the crash.
Jessica Chandler, 22, of Port Republic, was charged Tuesday afternoon with reckless driving in connection with the Aug. 24 incident, according to the Virginia State Police.
