ROCKINGHAM COUNTY - Rockingham County School Division's forecast for next year's budget is "rainy and cloudy," warns Cheryl Mast, the division's finance director.
The division, which had to cut about $3.5 million in expenses to balance this year's spending plan due to state budget cuts, may face another $4 million or more in cuts in fiscal 2011, which begins July 1, she said. The division's current budget is $112 million.
