HARRISONBURG - Whatever plans James Madison's football coaches have to quickly fix their sputtering offense, they won't include Corwin Acker.
JMU coach Mickey Matthews said Monday that Acker - a speedy tailback - has been suspended indefinitely. Matthews declined to say what Acker did to earn the punishment, but he said the 5-foot-10, 210 sophomore from Landover, Md., is still enrolled at Madison.
